We are looking for a senior developer for our client. The work is done in English and there is 2 - 3 workdays per week onsite requirement in Pasila. The work is really exciting technical work with Google Cloud Platform, Go and Java. IMPORTANT: There is no need to make shotgun offers. Key Requirements: - Proficiency in Java development with a focus on backend systems. - Experience with public cloud environments is essential, with a strong preference for - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise due to an upcoming migration. - Familiarity with Go (Golang) programming is a significant advantage. - Deep understanding of microservice architectures. - Excellent English communication skills. - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to technical planning and architecture. Team Composition: - A multidisciplinary team consisting of software developers, data scientists, a data engineer, and a broadband device expert. - Most team members are located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, and the role requires on-site work (Pasila) approximately three days per week. Additional Requirements: - Candidates must pass a basic security clearance, typically requiring around five years of residency in Finland. - Start date is flexible, pending the identification of a suitable candidate. - The position offers an ongoing contract, subject to annual budget reviews, with a one-month notice period.
