We are looking for 2 Android Developers to join our team based in Jyväskylä. These experts will reinforce the team responsible for developing mission-critical communication services. Main tasks: - Participate in increment pre-planning, kick-off, and review meetings - Attend sprint objective settings and acknowledge achievable targets - Participate in daily scrums or other project meetings with team members to discuss project status and identify potential issues - Provide work estimates for assigned tasks - Design and document software - Write code adhering to coding standards and best practices - Develop unit tests ensuring all features function correctly - Ensure deliverables align with project requirements and Definition of Done (DoD) Required technology skills: - Android application development - Android OS - Reactive programming (RX) - Kotlin - Java - Understanding of software development processes (requirements, specification, implementation, testing, version control, maintenance) - Experience with agile methodologies This work requires hybrid working mode with regular presence at customer premises (approximately three days a week). Candidates may be subject to security clearance according to “Turvallisuusselvityslaki 2014/726”.
