It has been a year of intensive transformation again, and our ecosystem has played a pivotal role in helping us respond to customer needs better. 💪

1. Growth in Subcontracting and Capacity Building

Gofore's subcontracting activities have continued to expand in the latter part of 2024, enabling us to meet the rising demand for high-quality digital services and consulting. We deeply value the contributions of our partner ecosystem, which continues to play a crucial role in our ability to scale, innovate, and meet the growing demands of the market. As we continue to expand our subcontracting activities in 2025, we're not only enhancing our capacity to deliver high-quality digital services but also fortifying the strength and versatility of our partner network. By embracing flexible, agile subcontracting solutions, we ensure that we can rapidly respond to customer needs while upholding the highest standards of quality. Big thanks to this goes to our versatile ecosystem which has currently over 900 member organisations and altogether over 15 000 partner experts in the EU and EEA area.

2. Demand Across Key Sectors

The demand for digital transformation services within the public sector has focused on modernising services, improving digital governance, and enhancing citizen engagement. Additionally, private sector customers have sought more specialized expertise in cloud solutions, data analytics, and AI-powered systems to drive efficiency and innovation.

3. Focus on Strengthening Our Collaborative Ecosystem

We also recognise that the success of our partners directly contributes to our collective growth and resilience. This is why we are focusing on capacity building and nurturing deeper, more strategic relationships with our ecosystem members. We aim to create opportunities for mutual development, whether through shared expertise or enabling new business opportunities. By fostering an environment where innovation thrives and communication is open, we can better anticipate and address future challenges together.

This approach not only strengthens our ability to deliver on current demands but also positions us for long-term success. Together, we're building a sustainable foundation that will support growth, adaptability, and the ongoing evolution of digital services well into the future.
